A technologist, venture capitalist, serial entrepreneur and an inspirational leader; Rahul has over 30 years of experience. He was the Head of Technology Investments for one of the first early stage VC firms in the country. Rahul has also been the CEO of two mid sized US based tech companies and a Managing Partner of a buy out fund. His expertise lies in strategy formulation, long and mid range planning, culture and business process development, business finance, creating “winning teams”, facilitating and creating global sales organization and business model disruption.

Rahul is deeply entrenched in the startup world and takes great deal 0f interest in helping startups grow. He has been an avid angel investor. Rahul was one of the founding members of Lead Angels. He is an independent director for some listed companies like Softtech Engineers, Aro Granites and Alfa Transformers; apart from these he also is on the board of several technology startups. Rahul is also involved with mentoring and coaching several startups and is associated with entrepreneurs and partners in technology, services, manufacturing, hospitality, e-commerce and sustainability spaces across the globe. Rahul loves to play golf and has a keen interest in yoga.

Pulkit focuses on investing in early-stage startups across sectors at Altius. He comes along with a strong experience of working in Transaction Advisory with corporates and multiple start-ups advising them Fundraise strategies, M&A and business development. Pulkit has worked in Consumer, FMCG, Adtech, Healthtech, Fintech, Enterprise SaaS and Manufacturing spaces.

Pulkit is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has previously worked with EY and Nomura Research Institute in various roles. His vast experience of working with start-ups and deep understating of the business has led to co-founding of Vector NXG (A Venture Debt Fund) and is associated with Doceree & Fabriclore under various capacities. He enjoys meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.

When he is not at work, he can be found on the field playing football or tennis. He loves to travel and trek to the remotest parts of the world to interact and spend time with local heritage. With time in hand, he loves to expand his coin collection.

Animesh focuses on investing in early stage startups across sectors at Altius. He comes with a strong past experience in early-stage investing. Animesh has been working with early stage VCs for more than 6 years. His previous stints were at The HR Fund and Contrarian Drishti Partners where he has led several rounds of investments and has been solely responsible for driving the complete investment process. Animesh has led deals in Healthtech, HRtech, Social Media, Fintech, Enterprise Saas spaces. Apart from this he has also been responsible for portfolio management, fundraising and investor relations activities.

He has previously worked with RBS India and Accenture as well in varied roles. Animesh is an alumnus of MDI Gurgaon and NIT Bhopal. Animesh is a trained classical singer and has been part of several college bands; he dabbles at times with some recordings on a YouTube channel.
